Operations Support
The Operational support will address the requirement of bringing in the professionalism in running the hospital. We will depute hospital management experts to assume the day to day management and implementation of the strategic (operational & financial) improvement plans. Our senior resources will review the results drawn from the KPIs (key performance indicators) set for all the departments in the hospital. We will also implement the SOPs (standard operating protocols) in the hospital which are NABH / JCI compliant. The hospital employees will be trained in the new methodologies that will be implemented as a part of the strategic plan and they will be involved in the implementation of these plans.
The promoters can see the tangible results in the form of increased patient satisfaction, lesser number of issues / problem in the regular operations, increased revenues, etc.
